Fluffy Raspberry & Vanilla Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 x Protein Pancake mix in Vanilla
- 80g protein yoghurt in Vanilla
- 200ml Skim milk
- 25ml maple syrup
- 60g frozen raspberries
Instructions
- Step 1: Mix the vanilla pancake sachet with 200ml of your preferred milk until a thick consistency is formed.
- Step 2: Fry your pancake batter on a low-medium heat in a pan for 3 minutes each side (or until golden).
- Step 3: Heat your frozen berries in the microwave for 30-60sec to create a liquid mixture.
- Step 4: Add one tablespoon of yoghurt and one tablespoon of the berry mixture in between your pancake stack!
- Step 5: Finish with a drizzle of sugar free maple syrup.
