Bulk Nutrients' Quick Protein Oats Bulk Pack combine three protein sources (milk, whey and casein) for a balanced protein spread. By using varied protein sources, it prolongs absorption which makes Quick Protein Oats ideal to meet daily energy requirements.
23g of carbs comes from the natural goodness of rolled oats and the 20g of protein is high in BCAAs, EAAs and Glutamine.
Quick Protein Oats are an excellent source of fibre, specifically beta-glucan. The inclusion of MCT (medium chain triglycerides) which provide energy and assist ATP production, is a perfect complement to the slow release carbohydrates and high quality protein.
Containing 20g of protein and 23g of carbohydrates per serve, they are a perfect high protein, moderate carbohydrate start to the day packed with natural goodness.

Quick Protein Oats Bulk Pack Directions
Making a serve of Bulk Nutrients' Quick Protein Oats is as easy as one, two, three!
- Combine two scoops (approximately 60g) of Quick Protein Oats with 150mls of liquid in a bowl.
- Place in microwave on high for approximately 60 to 90 seconds.
- Top up with additional liquid as desired.

I waited for breakfast this morning, because I had an SMS saying my Bulk Nutrients order was out for delivery. My absolute go to breakfast, Brown Sugar Cinnamon protein oats. I have made normal oats, tossed in protein powder it was ok but not as tasty nor filling as these oats. I'm not sure what magic is in the bag, but I often forget I haven't eaten lunch because of the satiety I get from these. A little pricey perhaps but paying a little extra for a decent whack of protein, good nutrition and flavour I think it is worth it, I toss in my creatine and LSA too. Don't judge .. but I have even eaten this for dinner as well.
